Well after we started selling land in the city last friday things have been quite hectic and all the plots we had fenced off sold within the day!
Saturday morning I set about laying out some more plots and have about 10 more marked out now with prices ranging from 4000 upto 16000 coin. There are only 3 plots left around the main lake in the city center so if you would like one you better get selling stuff to shops or trying your luck in the casino because i cant imagine these sticking around long.
We have decided to sell another area that is large enough for a farm inside the city near the south gate but haven’t set a price for this yet as we only want it to go to somebody who is online a lot.
Located on each corner of the cities walls are towers that we also want to sell. They are priced at 8000 coin each and owners can build a nice tower of their own design as long as it fits in with the design of the city.
We realise that plot prices may be fairly expensive but this keeps people interested in the money system as we dont want money to have no meaning. If your having problems affording land why not pool in with someone else and buy some land together? on the other hand if you would like to add another member to your current plot it only costs 150 coin, all you have to do is ask Joe or myself to set it up for you.
