Since the 1.7 update the server seems to have been suffering from lag spikes, We have done everything we can to ensure that its not a problem at our end. We believe that bukkit probably needs to tweak their 1.7 compatible build as it is still a fairly new release. As good measure Joe has also emailed our server host to make sure its not a problem at their end. I just wanted to post this blog so that you all know that were working on the problem.
