As most of you already know Minecraft updated today and we are waiting on bukkit to update. If you want to play on the server find a 1.8jar….

You know, i saw a server called Sevencraft that is running bukkit for 1.0 full release… I dont know what ot make of it.

Ok, something weird is happening. Instead of saying “Outdated Server!” when i try to log on to the server, it says “server responded with invalid server key” What does this mean?

exactly the same but you’ve tried to change the MC version haven’t you?
delete the minecraft executable jar and try and copy it in again

It worked! the survival server is still on and there is civilization near spawn! go to it! everyone that has 1.0!

When bukkit wasn’t updated for 1.8, we use that IP. Could it still work?

okay, for those that are having issues because you upgraded, try this program: Digiex Minecraft Version Changer Tool.

I personally use this program to switch between MC versions withou needing to go into the .minecraft folder so much.
I was cautious at first like with most programs. But after carefully using it and monitoring the program, I think it’s safe and legal (you need to log into the Minecraft.net authenticating servers.). try a Force Update in the regular program just so you have all the current files. then run this and download the 1.8.1 file so you can log into the A2Z server.
