There seems to be a problem connecting to any Minecraft servers. I’m sure Mojang are working on the problem right now and hopefully they will get it sorted soon. Check this video out in the meantime showing off some exciting new features that will be coming to the a2z server soon

ok ive been trying to login to server for the first time and now it has been weeks why cant i log in?\

Also, abuse of the system could result in 2 weeks ban and 2 hour jail time when the player returns after the ban

In my upion Donators get this but but but… People like you llamashuold have to apply for this so like as sama said Some n00b joins claims and never comes back on.

25,000 people joined the server last year and i dont fancy deleted that many regions….. BUT regulars are going to get some form of protection

Do you think it’d be possible to only allow players their claims after a certain trust period? That would possibly address the issue of noob wastelands

Yes definitely. We have two options here
1) Set an expiry limit for plots that have not been used with x amount of time (they auto delete)
2) Create a new group called Regular+ and only give the permission to people who are in said group and above (automatic upgrade after x amount of time)

I dunno, I see a repetition of what happened with the starter apartments. Some noob joins, protects themselves a random area and then leaves 1 hour later to never return, then imagine a bunch of noobs do the same thing, we might end up with loads of wasted areas dotted around the wild where we can’t build.

Good question… is this donator perk or available for regulars? Also, will existing plots be affected by the claim block system?
Side note… finally something gold is useful for!

The new claim block thing seems perfect for all the idiots on the server that complain when they’re stolen from. Hopefully this is not a donator perk, but instead a feature that everybody can use (apart from guests).
